We've had so much fun with our first ever Scenic Byways Bracket Competition! We'd like to thank everyone who participated, we could not have chosen the winner without you.

We're happy to announce the winner for Scenic Utah's 2024 March Madness Competition is Capitol Reef Country!

This photograph was taken by Tracy Zhang in Capitol Reef National Park in Torrey, UT. It can be found on Unsplash.

Anyone who has driven on Utah's 24th Scenic Byway might have already guessed it would win, not only is the drive itself spectacular, but it is chalk-full of stops worthy of their own day-trip. This 75-mile byway has something for everyone, from national treasures like the Capitol Reef National Park for the avid hiker, to the idyllic city of Bicknell for the historian fanatic, and fruit trees & pies in Fruita any self-proclaimed foodie would love.

Beauty as far as the eyes can see, Capitol Country Reef is a fan-favorite Scenic Utah can get behind.
