Executive Director
Francisca Blanc is a first-generation Romanian-American who made Utah her home in 1994. She earned a BA in Political Science and Mass Communications from the University of Utah. Over 17 years, Francisca focused on housing advocacy and fundraising for non-profit organizations in Utah and Colorado. In 2023, she co-founded the Renters Justice Coalition, which advocates for housing and financial stability for Utah's renters and manufactured homeowners.
Francisca joined Scenic Utah and its small but mighty team in June 2024. She aims to utilize her expertise in local and state government affairs, community relations, policy analysis, and fundraising to help fulfill Scenic Utah's mission. She is dedicated to conserving Utah's natural beauty, free of visual pollution.
